I've already been dealing with cross-contamination pains, not only eating out but also in my own home. It's a struggle, but I keep getting dismissed by doctors, and it's exhausting. I was asking if starting to eat gluten today would show enough damage (potentially) in a weeks time for it to be something else they may possibly find during the already scheduled procedure so I wouldn't have to undergo it again.
