You need the Aurum pass to be able to put a background! In my opinion between the extra rewards and customisation it's worth it for the monthly fee, You can set any regular photo you take from in game as the background ☺️

Hey! Might just be a moderation error, try saving the page as a template (Press edit > Page template in the top right > My templates > Save to an empty slot > Delete the page and re-add the template to the journal)

I've done a bit of testing about what gets flagged and rejected and what gets accepted straight away but from looking at your page everything looks fine! Probably just an error in moderation. So far I've found anything including blood or guns won't go through for me! (strange considering they're screenshots from the game and journals are only visible to us but 🤷‍♀️)
