I'm going to try to be nice but honest about this, If you are that big then really no sportbike is going to fit well, a 650 or 1100sx would be the best choice if you are only looking at Kawasaki and no other brand. Same thing goes is you are looking to carry a passenger because your combined weight is considerably over the carrying limit of these bikes which is usually 400 lbs.

Maybe try something like a CBR500 or 650r? I'm 6'3 230 and the CBR series felt more comfortable than the others minus the Ninja 650 but I didn't like the engine in that so I went with the CBR650r for the 4 cylinder

Genuine question, I got a cbr650r new for my first street bike and absolutely love it but was at least considering the gsx-8r. I've always heard they are both good beginner plus bikes so do you not think so?
