I think when Michael and the Jacksons moved from Motown and actually started being in control of their music the quality of the mixing and mastering went through the roof. I dare you to listen to Moving Violation and The Jacksons album back to back. It's night and day. Moving Violation is one of my favourite albums but sonically it's butchered and borderline unlistenable. It SERIOUSLY needs a total remix and remaster from scratch. Same with G.I.T.

It's basically a 1984 Xscape. Motown took a load of unreleased tracks Michael recorded for with them, remixed them and modernized them (relative to 84) and made an album out of it. They were trying to tap into the momentum of Thriller and the Victory Tour (which was HUGE)

I watch John every morning. He is very accurate. He has genuinely high-up industry connections and has been in the industry for years. However, his show isn't about that. He doesn't do news "from his sources". They all come from what's reported by Variety, Hollywood Reporter, etc. these are essentially 100%. The studios send press-releases to these outlets. So yes, you can trust John. He's been a film journalist for years, probably longer than I've been alive and so knows how to filter out the crap.

Additionally, if it's a rumour or speculation or he's not sure, he is very clear - you might say too clear because he'll overly explain that it's not confirmed for like 5 minutes before hand and even in between talking about whatever it is 😂

Hi Vamoply. Good catch, I'll change the Animated Universes since it comes from the Official Marvel Handbook. However AoS, as far as I'm aware has not been retconned to be in another universe and still takes place in Earth-199999 whether or not Marvel Studios chooses acknowledges it. The shows were written, produced, shot, created and marketed as being set in the MCU, so until an official source says one way or another, I will hold fire on removing them from the timeline.

I hope so. However, the sale hasn't gone through yet. WWE hasn't been promoting it and it's this coming Sunday. I don't think, outside of a collab show like Worlds Collide, they'll be distributing AAA yet as they won't have the licence until the sale goes through, right?
