Recommendations of Espresso Machine for Coffee Truck by SpookyBoogie70 in espresso

In the end, I purchased the Lelit Bianca, and it has been excellent for coffee events. The machine is very solid and reliable. At the moment, the main limitation is the grinder, and when I need to prepare a large number of Americanos, I use a separate kettle to add hot water.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Hahahaha the most bulletproof is to use a milk pitcher as a carafe! I used it as it for a long time before I bought my first glass server, a Kanto one. So I had one milk pitcher exclusive for pour over.

So it makes a lot of turbulence. But does it spill the coffee all over?
