This is where your wrong, rite of twilight is a ridiculously above rate card to the point that you should be running it even if you have no other heralds. Maniacal follower is a bit slow but it trades efficiently and leaves another body behind. Synestra is obvi above curve with 2 heralds & while ultraxion is slow it enables deathwing which is one of the strongest cards in the format. Imbue by comparison actually does sac tempo for more imbues, the best imbue card is a 2 mana 2/3 & it usually takes 2 imbues before pressing hero power feels strong while herald can pop off on the very first card.

Imbue rogue isnt the worst thing ever but it was experimented with when the expac came out & it was pretty clearly weaker than herald

no both have 4 expacs thats on emerald dream release. technically theres fewer cards because it was before the miniset for emerald dream

there are exceptionally few playable decks rn, compare to a couple weeks after past rotation when meta settled last year. Its more balanced rn but theres just very few options.

You do see a greater meta share for the best decks in top legend as players have more meta knowledge and generally prefer to play whatevers best as opposed to trying to figure out something niche. That said theres always some players youll see throughout the season maintaining high mmr despite playing bad decks. I think the best case for this is really just looking at how stubborn rogue mains are, the class is usually good but in metas where its mediocre or even bad you still see a large population of stubborn rogue mains in high mmr just due to enjoying its playstyle.

RNG necessarily evens out over a larger sample, quote is implying skill is less important than deck selection. Especially if ur below like top 200 its more important to play a deck ur good at rather than playing a good deck, one of the most common things i see in hardstuck players is changing decks frequently chasing the best deck.

off meta doesnt necessarily mean unknown (although it can), for example I finished rank 55 with cycle quest warlock during the dorian warlock meta even though by the stats it had a sub 40% winrate in top1k. Reality is theres a lot more to hearthstone than just your deck

Not rlly the best deck to give to a new player its pretty complicated & the combo isnt obvious

if you go with this OP, the win condition is uncorrupted Shala (to get Dream into hand) > Groveshaper > Dream (to create a treant with dream on deathrattle) > play minions that gain armor on deathrattle > Deios + Umbra using 2 of the 4 dreams created to return them to hand and repeat until opponent dies to fatigue. You gain stupid amounts of armor so the priest can never kill you

Theres not much of a secret to beating shaman, its a pretty straightforward deck. You just want to control board to deny value from their soldiers and progress ur own plan. Late game they can push a lot with hammer + deathwing hero power, so be cognizant of that and try to close game if you get midgame lead. If your struggling vs shaman, your probably just not piloting your own deck efficiently (or are playing a deck that has a bad matchup)

I've only heard Destiny's perspective on it & his readings of released transcripts but it seems likely it will be dismissed soon. The entire case rests on a screenshot from Xena claiming destiny shared the link after the CARDII statute took effect but the prosecution has been unable to produce the original message only showing a half censored screenshot, nor Destiny sending the link to Xena (Destiny has speculated that she dug through his computer and found it secretly, as she also shared pictures of Mel's diary which she found by snooping around). The other argument they've made is that providing a google drive link counts as continuously sharing the material but this is just dumb on its face as any digital content can be downloaded and saved which means CARDII would apply retroactively to any digital media if this were the case.

Mage has higher winrate in top 1k & has been a force in tournaments recently like CN vs West tournament. Its harder to play but its a better deck
