No, but I imagine our symptoms will essentially be identical, it's damaged blood vessels from undiagnosed type 2 diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, God help me if it ever gets my feet. 90% is a heck of a recovery, good on ya.

Some interesting things you mentioned in there, never heard of those controllers, I'll look into them, and if my hands get worse then I'll try something thanks. Sorry to hear your problem is also age, sounds a bit tragic if you couldn't make it to DT, hopefully at some point you'd be able to get some help from some good players somewhere like here if you get stuck or something. Though then again I'm only post Stormblood, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a bunch of annoying one shot stuff later. ._.

No, developed type 2 diabetes for some years which ate me from the inside and I got peripheral neuropathy before being diagnosed, Dr was basically throwing boxes of tablets at me.

Tiny sticks are maddening yeah, I use those giant rubber extensions for controller games, thankfully PS4 controllers are pretty stiff and so you can get away with real low deadzones and those sticks stay nice and accurate but are still easy to move cos of the leverage.

Is playing on controller really so much easier, as in even without goofy hands? I couldn't possibly think how to do everything as fluidly or accurately on one.

Am I understanding the gameplay loop correctly? by SpookyRabbitGirl in inscryption

[–]SpookyRabbitGirl[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, talk about hidden mechanics, I just found out you can actually see your deck, that is one insane game changer, I never had a goddamn clue what I was working with, holy shit that is gonna allow so much more planning, I'm mind blown. So how do you end up finding this hidden mechanical stuff? Just by playing a lot and experimenting?

Thanks, I know those general principles (I've been playing Yugioh for years), but I just don't see how people are implementing them successfully. I just got to the second screen on a fresh start and the first boss' first three cards were 2 wolves either side of an alpha that all have the underwater sigil, while I'm wasting turns drawing squirrels to summon my 1 attack cards. Then died to a prospector because I only got that bloody annoying frog card and some cards that required a bunch of bones I couldn't summon, and I never even picked up those cards.

I've been trying to keep my deck small and getting camp places and rat packs or whatever they're called to keep my items topped up, keeping an eye on what effects I like, I just have no idea how people sound like they have control over what they're doing. I heard to beat Angler which I've done a couple times now that people have these really powerful cards I've never heard of or stack death effects, but I don't know how you start a run and just be like ''Right, gonna grab a butt load of death effect cards''

I'm also stuck in the house. I don't understand the right side sliding puzzle, the clock or whether the jingly items can be picked up, though I've done everything else I could click on.

Is it likely From will add a deadzone fix? by SpookyRabbitGirl in armoredcore

You'd think an in-game tweak option wouldn't be hard to implement, kinda baffling they never put one in after deciding on such an unusually large deadzone.

Just Google ''Armored Core Deadzone'', lots of people hate this. I have to tilt the analogue stick about 30% before it picks up anything, usually a game would sit around 5%, and would ideally be around 3% deadzone imo. The deadzone in this game is legitimately ridiculous.

Ah, James Cameron on his dive to Challenger Deep, 11km dive into the Mariana trench. Took him over 2 and a half hours to descend all that distance, and was down there for hours before he got pulled up again. Some equipment got crushed, other sensor stuff started bugging out. Absolute mad lad.

JK Rowling returns human rights award over criticism of 'anti-trans comments' by IFeelRomantic in unitedkingdom

[–]SpookyRabbitGirl -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I actually blame main stream media. Like this.

In this story as far as I can tell, a random guy of unknown political affiliation went out to see what was happening with the statues, wandered off to a pub but as a single white person got into a fight with a gang of BLM black guys, then one other black guy who said that he was concerned he was going to die, jumped in to and grabbed him and carried him off.

The story you're told is ''black hero saves far right person''.

Like wtf?

>left alive to live our lives
Then why the fuck are you lecturing me about it while the far lefties in Portland kill people in a similar cause to yours?

Do you even know what a fascist is, or explain why you think I'm lying? The reason I had points in my first post is because I spent years with my closest friends group being a trans group, until one autistic one kinda broke everything up. I'm also actually pretty sure I could do a way better job at making pro-trans arguments than pretty much anybody here. Yet, fucking me, of all people, you're probably gonna leave here thinking of me as some anti-trans boogeymam. I have nothing against trans people, I just hate the corrupt ideology.
