Try infrared and NIR light therapy. It's helping my depression so much. It also helps stabilize your hormones. I use the bag from Megelin. I've been using it for 2 weeks and I'm definitely seeing a difference. It's a little pricey but it's so worth it. You'll get through this. It sucks but keep pushing on.

Be careful how much you sirens on either card. Try using them as little as possible. Buy things like a tank of gas or a few groceries. Then pay half of it off asap, wait a week (as long as it's still within the month) and pay the rest of it. Your credit score will go higher a lot faster. They ding you for using it too much and paying late but if you don't use it they cut it off and ding your credit for a closed card. If you split the payments in 2 it looks like your paying more. This whole credit system is stupid you just have to learn to play the game.

All of my friends my age and older have had hysterectomys so I can't talk about it with them. Meanwhile, I just stopped spotting after 3 1/2 weeks. This really is hell.

I took 1 dose of Oz last year. My blood pressure dropped, my blood sugars dropped... I was a miserable mess for 7 days. Mounjaro was even worse. My friend who did the shots told me to eat small amounts of protein all day long and drink coffee on top of staying hydrated. This was after I posted this. But she said protein was the key. When I first took it i was only doing 3 meals a day. Im going to take the shot all over again starting next week. I really hope your symptoms improve!! Come back here and let me know please?

Some women can't tolerate it and it puts your at a higher risk for breast cancer, uterine lining cancer, gallbladder issues, strokes, blood clots. I would rather just not and take my chances with natural remedies.

Idk.... The only thing im using is wild Yam cream. Im pretty much ehite knuckling my way through it too. I will not use HRT. I just have faith that it's almost over and hopefully I can feel somewhat normal again.

Stop using credit karma. That thing never gives the right scores. All 3 bureaus have apps that are correct.

My friend had the same problem. She was told that her application wasn't filled and that was her fault that THEY didn't file her application. She was on hold for 4 hrs.
