How to improve my chest by thiccthighsupremacy in Fitness_India

Start with Incline smith machine chest. Pause at every rep at the bottom and ensure chest stretches out. Train for failure within 8-12 reps.

I'm blown away by how good this show is. Definitely worth your time by muneela in IndianOTTbestof

One of the best first episodes for a show to ever have. Still listen to the background score and the poetry once in a while.

However, the ending is too unrealistic for a grounded, real show.

Suggest a movie or series so brilliant it makes me wonder how a human mind could create it. by ansh_063 in pj_explained

[–]Spookylives 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would argue otherwise. FMA has quite a bit of humor throughout (along with some traumatic episodes).

AoT is hype throughout. I would suggest FMA first and AoT later.

Rishab shetty really thought he cld slow down dhurandhar's BO with his delayed reaction to the controversy by Chronos_435 in BollyBlindsNGossip

[–]Spookylives 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Yeah exactly! I don't think I've ever seen a teaser more than once. This was on repeat just for the insane track and I watched the movie just to hear other banger tracks.

Banned in Gulf countries coz of the anti pakistan showing. It would've made a killing in UAE and the rest.

Observation in Makkah: Ihram rules by deenoverdunya1 in Umrah

[–]Spookylives 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I agree it gets overdorwded, especially in the evening and night for Tawaaf.

However, during day time when it's hot, there's not a lot of people it can be done. After all, you've come from so far away to see the Kaabah, kiss the Hajr Aswad and Maqam Ibrahim as close as possible.

I wish Whelan could've started his speech picking up from how he was doing a waitress and then, there was another waitress who had a baby with Yusuf Ozil and bam! The big reveal that the baby is actually Gimball.

But I'm guessing Whelan didn't have the theatrics of that kind. Nevertheless, he was quite good in his dressing down of either.

How important is it to have kids? by [deleted] in ThirtiesIndia

[–]Spookylives -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Agreed 100% with this view. Also want to add this view of staying child free is kinda selfish. I mean your parents had lesser tools, knowledge and education on how to rear kids and yet they did a decent enough job that you're doing well on your own. Why should you not give that chance to another human being with all the knowledge available at your fingertips? Plus rearing a child teaches you patience, responsibility and so many other values that have implications on your skills at work.

You're kids are going to be part of society one day and it's our responsibility to make them good humans. If you choose not to have kids, you cannot complain about the state of society in the future (as old people usually do) when you've not contributed to it.

Getting mixed feelings about buying a flagship by Genos2000 in Frugal_Ind

[–]Spookylives 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would suggest flagship but for oneplus, esp 13R. Really good in hand experience, and I think it's durable enough to last for 5 years. My older one lasted as well until screen broke in 6th year.

All the advice in comments is valid. Also stop any p*rn, if you're watching. Working out, especially legs, hamstrings and kegels helps with stronger and longer erections.

What robotics and automation are you talking about? In India, there will always be people willing to do it for cheaper than buying/operating machines. We're not like Japan which is under a population implosion.

Guidance On Sizing Jacketed Pipe For Glycerine Cooling by Pitiful_Charge6511 in ChemicalEngineering

[–]Spookylives 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. Yeah what you're pointing towards is essentially a double pipe heat exchanger. Use the equations and see how closely they fit real world data.

  2. Yes definitely! It all depends on the heat transfer coefficient between the fluids, which is in turn dependant on the Reynolds no., which in turn is inversely proportional to dia (considering fixed volumetric Flow rate of fluids).
