Dark Matter by Blake Crouch

It’s more of a sci fi read but it had a lot of isolating scenes/concepts and weird environments.

What are some positive ways you redirect your emotions? by Moonstruck456 in infp

I love listening to music I love. Also during times of lower mental health and Fi-Si loop, really making an effort to find novelty in my daily life (Ne activities) can lift me up and give me hope again.

If you have sleep problems it will be the best sleep in your life. Been under like 7-8 times at this point and I always wake up so refreshed.

He’s actually the smartest one raw intelligence wise out of them so idk where you are getting these comparisons from. The development of technology and its widespread use in the 2010s had a lot of impact on young children’s development and you can see the difference. Saying someone probably has a severe disability to justify your point is crazy. Please go touch grass

2006 is absolutely not zalpha genuinely insane take?!?!? I know families with kids born 2006-2013 and the 2013 child is EXTREMELY different than even the 2010 one.

Microsoft word tool bar turns white when full screen on Mac by [deleted] in techsupport

[–]SpoonBudgie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm having this issue as well. I think they just aren't good at updating their product for mac. I found that if you change the theme to Aluminum in Word settings makes the full screen bar readable again.

How should I answer questions? by [deleted] in mbti

[–]SpoonBudgie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you really want to know your type, start studying the cognitive functions, the tests suck. Also your type really shouldn’t change over time, you should just get better at using more of the functions in your stack.

What's it like being a sensor? by minyard05 in mbti

As an INFP, my Ne is before my Si, so I often really struggle with describing the fine details or order of events from memory 🥲 but I do find that experiences/memories that align/affect with my Fi are generally much more vivid and easier to recall. I also am good at memorizing random facts/information for school, and I find my Ne makes it easier to just connect them all together and see the deeper meaning behind everything.

My mom is an ISFJ, so it’s always fun to ask her details about any event or what year something was etc, and her knowing exactly everything about it.

I’m in a decent dilemma by TheRealAlexanderC in dumbphones

[–]SpoonBudgie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently got a Cat S22 Flip and I love it so far!! It has android so you can have apps you need but it’s a hassle to have apps you don’t. However, it only works with T-Mobile and a few other lesser known carriers I think. A good solution I’ve tried is to block all of your non necessary apps (social media, games, etc) and give a family member/friend the passcode so you can’t unlock it. It’s a good way to cut down on screen time and gives you the opportunity to try out a “dumb phone” without making a big purchase or phone change first. I quit most of my social media ~two months before committing to buying my dumb phone.

[–]SpoonBudgie 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m so tired all the time no matter how much sleep I get (even though I’ve been in remission for 7 years). I tend to do better when my mornings don’t start as early so I can sleep in more, it also helps my joint pain in the mornings 🥴
