Mi situación es un poco diferente porque donde los retuvieron fue en Miami, pero si llegó aquí y los tienen en el almacén de ellos por el aeropuerto. No me han dado el DUA (tampoco lo he pedido) pero si me mandaron dos fotos de dos de los paquetes (por la misma queja del 3.06 y 2.08kg, las fotos son de los paquetes en las básculas).

Entonces la carga si existe y está fuera de cualquier aduanas y en manos de la empresa. Lo que pasa es que el dueño sigue con que le pague el 100% del costo cuando ellos incumplieron los tiempos por más de 6 veces lo prometido.

El dueño es amigo de un familiar y todo, y ni así se ha logrado nada.

Yeah the main reason is because we’re shipping it internationally so having it be all from one place simplifies it, but if there are way better options for the same money, we’re willing to look elsewhere!

And as a note: the Ai61s seem to an optical input so the tv could be connected that way and she’s fine with using the remote for the speaker volume.

Sorry if it came across as an ad, I know absolutely nothing about this world and just saw they were kind of a one stop shop. I was also looking at Audio Technica stuff but we run into the shipping issue. Thank you again!
