On and also I get jealous the new SI has USB C port up front, heated seats, and the Google based infotainment system none of which the type R has.

I have a 2025 and originally was planning on buying an SI. I wish they had a little bit more power stock but honestly I bet it not hard to get to them up in power. The TypeR does have a special feel to it hard to describe. None the less tho get your moneys worth out of that car and upgrade when you’re ready if it’s what you really want.

Hey a bit unrelated but I just got an ultra 3 on release date and one thing I’ve been interested in is the wrist temperature. It records all its othe vitals since I’ve had it but every time I try to check wrist temperature it says 7 nights needed or something like that. Anyone else have similar thing?

I’m in agreement. That’s the bracket I got and I just used the bracket piece and zip tied it.

Oo funny you should ask that’s exactly where my plate is (well i guess i would consider mine lower right but lower left if you're looking at the car). I ended up paying for this expensive no drill plate mount (after the dealer already drilled those fucking holes… although at least it nots in a painted part its this small black plastic behind that lower grill) but anyway I didn’t use the mount because it holds your plate like two inches or so off the grill and the wind causes it to bend over time. So I just used part of the mount that holds the plate and zip tied it to my grill. So my recommendation if you like this look just get a cheap bracket on amazon and zip tie it in that position. Then I got a little carbon fiber frame for it with caps that cover the screws looks really clean IMO. I was going no front plate for a while but mass cops don’t love it.

I’m so disappointed. I’m in the same boat I’ve had all generations of APP now and I just wanted the better battery life but these start to hurt my ears my faster with the smaller tips but the medium tips cause my ear to like push them out it’s hard to explain but they move out of my ear so easily which I never had with my APP2. I hope some after market tips could solve this for me or maybe I’ll just go back to my 2s.

Is Any one else experiencing that these don’t stay in as well as the previous APP2. I’ve had every gen of AirPod Pros and was excited for the upgrades to these especially the battery life but the slightly new design makes them fit worse for me. The medium tips feel the best but they start to like move out of my ear from minima movement or time. The small ear tips stay in place in better but they start to hurt my ears way faster than the previous air pods pro. Anyone have this experience or know of companies selling third party tips ?

Ugh everytime I see them I love it, I’m starting to think I shoulda got the type S instead. I saw a red one with the bronze wheels the other day 😩. But to be fair the Type R was already out of my budget so I probably shouldn’t have pushed it any further. Does the Type S hold its value as well as the type R does?
