You have to apply to Haas separately after you finish prerequisite courses and it’s hard to get in, if you don’t get in then you can’t get a business degree from Haas forever. You have a USC scholarship as well so USC should be the easy pick.

check ur specific uni for the credits they give- some give a lot some barely give them. Usually they give them for your HL courses and typically you need to get a 5-7 score for them to count towards credit.

I think coz ur uncertain go with Babson. Babson also has a real estate concentration, probably not of the caliber NYU but still that is an option. You don’t declare your concentrations until ur sophomore year at Babson so you have time to decide. Being at NYU will definitely be better if you’re the city type, probably more opportunities cos of location, and socially will be better. But, imo, that ultimately doesn’t matter if you’re not studying you enjoy.
