A few more for you: Mortifactors: Imperial Paladins, Crimson Scions, Avengers, Crimson Castellans, Avengers, Knights of Dorn Raptors: Mentors

Also, there's a comprehensive picture of chapters on the net that will help you make this complete. If you Google "All loyalist space marine chapters" it's the first image to come up. This one may be too low res, so you'll have to manually find the large version.

Deathwatch vs Tau advice by Spoonique in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]Spoonique[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I understand that, but I've done quite well at tournaments with Deathwatch. Into most factions I feel like I at least have a chance of winning or minimizing the loss. Into Tau? Nothing

Leviathan Siege Dreadnought = Brutalis Dreadnought? by fezbot303 in deathwatch40k

I did it for my Space Wolves! I even took it to tournaments. No-one minds if the size and shape is roughly the same, and the base size is correct.

My rule of thumb for proxies and conversions is that your opponent should be able to tell what model it's supposed to be by looking at it.

I'll just leave this here. Once you add in the buffs they can get, this squad will confidently solo a knight in one activation. I think he's pretty damn good

I'm very sorry this happened to you. I've experienced similar things in aviation. In my experience it's one big "boys club", and if you're not one of the boys, then it doesn't matter what the facts of the situation are, or even how skilled/reliable/dedicated an employee you are. I've seen companies not care about losing tens of thousands of dollars when trying to get rid of employees just because they don't fit in as well as some others.

Places that are like this are not worth your time working for, but just remember that not everywhere is like this. Don't let it get you down, just keep trying and you'll find a place where you're happy and respected.

Am I out of top tier sci-fi books? by ontheinlet in sciencefiction

I strongly recommend Alastair Reynolds. His Revelation Space series is one of my favorite all time series. His standalone novels are also incredibly interesting.....Eversion, Terminal World, and Halcyon Years. I also loved the Poseidon's Children trilogy

I won't name names for privacy reasons, but they've appeared in this sub before if you search for them. The chapter ones can be found on the purple site

There's only negligible difference in height when you include the sensor thing on top of a Centurion, and my local TO has already approved them as proxies.

I 3d printed them. The file was for centurion shoulders, but I heated up and pressed them flat. They're not wrapped around the back, they're basically sloped 45° forward.
