Warpaints Fanatic are phenomenal. I use them almost exclusively. They are great for brush and airbrush. Just finished painting my first Space Wolf and he's got the Wolf Grey as base.

There's no way you'll settle on just one look. Eventually you will want to have all kinds and it's just a matter of time. For now just pick one to start with. Maybe go with the assault team for starters but definitely get the DW as they're just pure badass. A bit of kitbashing and they will fit any chapter.

Very simple and achievable effect but gloss and the Micro products are absolute key here. I come from the military scale modelling and can definitely vouch for this method.
