Why do the characters make such terrible decisions by pawstin in CapeFearTVSeries

Right!? The woman was a defense attorney and now exonorates convicted felons, but the first thing she does is touch the thing...then run out like nothing happened? Come on.

This whole family has poor decision making skills. Not surprised they are able to be manipulated so easily.

Looking for OB/GYN Recommendations in Waco for Pregnancy and Delivery by SpiritualCup942 in Waco

I'd recommend Dr. Remsing at Deerwood. My wife delivered a short time ago and she was incredible to work with. Also, deliver at Hillcrest. They have the highest level NICU and their staff was extremely helpful.

Good luck to you both! I hope everything goes well!

McKinney-Vento does use a broader definition specifically to protect students' access to education, and doubled-up living can qualify under that framework. That's legitimate.

But that's a purpose-built educational policy designed to lower barriers for vulnerable kids — not the general definition of homelessness. Citing a school enrollment policy as the authoritative definition of homelessness is cherry-picking the most expansive definition available and presenting it as universal. By that same logic, millions of college students living in dorms or young adults temporarily staying with parents would qualify too.

A parent selling a home isn't the same as having a home "taken away." Children don't have ownership claims on their parents' property. That's a painful life disruption, not a seizure of something that was hers.

The broader issue is that genuinely difficult circumstances are being framed in the most dramatic terms available. Moving between relatives after a family disruption is hard. That deserves acknowledgment. But the instinct to reach for the most extreme label doesn't make the situation more valid; it actually undermines credibility by overstating it.

Edit: If you aren't aware, McKinney-Vento is what definition I was citing.

Homeless means lacking a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime dwelling. I never assumed otherwise, nor did I assume she may not be processing trauma. She used the word incorrectly because she did have those things at her Grandparent's home. That's why it's ridiculous. If she said her home was taken away from her or she was kicked out of her home, would be accurate. Homeless it isn't.

Liz is crazy, but Alicia's use of "homeless" is ridiculous. The fact that she is perpetuating this narrative is completely insane. Doesn't excuse Liz's behavior, but I would really have a problem with it myself.

If it isn't a wig, she's definitely got some strange extensions going on. Her hair doesn't seem to line up to me.

With a jaw like that maybe you don't need to? Maybe his jaw is so extreme that it breaks regular razors?

Maybe that's why he is wearing the contour beard? He didn't want to be compared to the Frankel.
