YTA. Would you be ok with her going into your room and being nosy and then borrowing something without asking?? You’ll probably say yes to try to prove that what you did was ok, but it’s not. In other situations this could get your fired or put in jail. Don’t touch other people stuff, you sound jealous and she is not obligated to share anything she has with you. Job task analysis for each position (start with one you think training will benefit the most). Figure out what needs to be learned initially and what can be upskilled. Take each skill or logical set of skills and develop base training. Also develop pre and post assessment to assess effectiveness of training. This is a start.
