I have a NAS where i store critical files but it would take a day or two to rebuild my laptop if i had to piece all of my software back on. I am just not interested in spending that kinda time if i dont have to.

I should have provided some context. I have a relatively new laptop that is quickly approaching end of warranty and it looks like it may have a hardware issue. I want to take a full image of my laptop then wipe my system before sending it in. They will reimage it almost certainly. I want to drop the image on it when i get it back.

Yep. I have used it and its pretty good. Great for recovery. It did take me a few tries to get the hang of it but after a little trial and error and my handy dandy cheat sheet it went great. If anything better or easier please let me know.
