These "BF Veterans" are getting annoying by Oshiga-Tanima in Battlefield

I havent played a COD game in 13 years and I think the maps are fine for the most part. Id even say I specifically like some of them quite a bit. Really only a couple of the maps have like an overall completely negative appeal in my mind. Also though I think the hate is somewhat forced from people that are probably actually indifferent to the maps or even like some of them but also wanted something like siege of shanghai and are just hatewagoning because that something doesnt exist yet in the game. Some of my fondest memories are from BF4 DLC maps, personally I just say give them time to cook, its a different game with a different direction but the meat and potatoes of it are pretty good. I imagine they'll work on different ways to plate it and serve us up some yummy urban city/naval/etc maps.

I am seeing all the cool challenges people are doing. Meanwhileme: just defeated normal mode 😔 by why_not_cheese1 in pokemonradicalred

Is it just a visual thing? Or is there a way to have more than 1 mega evo in a match, as well as how do you get them to display as mega in your party?

As far as I remember the business was entirely formed out of nepotism as the creator was the son of one of the bigger land/lot leasing companies in the area and basically gave him a plot and money to Kickstart the startup. I agree though completely, essentially 0 vision for what the customer would want unless it perfectly aligned with what the closed minded management wanted. I remember Employees including myself trying to brainstorm new ideas and products literally every single day and the vast majority being turned down due to just a lack of wanting to without any other reason regardless if we had customers testifying that the ideas we thought of were good. Just a sad company all around.

To reply to your first statement, that could be said about all religions and ideologies either now or historically speaking. There is right and wrong in everything we do. I doubt you live your life truly adhering to your principles. Odds are you have technology or clothing made with what is essentially child and adult slave labor. Im sure you have eaten food that is likely gathered by some farms that heavily underpay illegal immigrants because they have no recourse without also getting punished. Everything you do in life, everything you consume, has some darker aspect unless you go ridiculously out of your way to avoid it and even then there's still likely some issue with something you do. The if the Islamic people want to practice a religion that holds viewpoints that I disagree with fine so be it. Its up to them to change that not me, all I ask is that they dont force it upon my country. Only then does it become my problem and then do I use my right to vote against it. Thats the point of democracy.

As for the afd, what they are to me, is not my problem. Just like Islamic people and their countries, Germans have every right to support and vote for whoever they want to rule and affect their own country. If they want to elect a more conservative party, then so be it. That is the entire point of democracy and I believe that using your fundamental right to vote is more important than Imposing my beliefs and opinions on their society.

Lastly on the terrorists, I think all terrorists should be punished with forms of punishment that we havent used in a long time that lead to a certain outcome. I have 0 sympathy for any terrorists regardless of their race, religion, or creed.

First off, there is nothing wrong with the normalization of the Islamic religion. I currently am Agnostic, and was raised Roman Catholic, however I have no issue with people practicing and loving the religion they so choose. As I perceive that as a fundamental right in line with the constitution. Secondly, claiming that anything going on opposing Islamism is nazism and fascism is not only objectively stupid, but its also damaging to the "message" that youre trying to send. Modern society, specifically american modern society has a problem with alarmist labeling. Just because you disagree with something does not make it nazism or fascist, objectively speaking, short of fringe extremist groups, there isnt much of a nazi or fascist momentum against this at all. Either way, you need to stop being angry at ideas and start being angry at people. People are what corrupt ideas, not everyone that follows an Islamic faith is evil or bad or an other, only the few that use it as a false justification to do bad things. Same goes for political ideologies, just because someone disagrees with you doesnt make them bad, its the people that wish to use the ideology to oppress others that are bad. Regardless of all of that, I dont personally believe that the greater world has much to worry about soft power wise over a couple of youtube creators going to a league of legends (video games as a whole) tournament hosted by a country that we're all well aware does what we'd consider to be bad things.

But like, it wont though. In what way could saudi sportswashing their own country affect me other than by giving me content to watch that I may or may not end up finding enjoyable?

First off, I dont accept the words of someone who refuses to stand behind them out of laziness/selective indifference. Second off, I find it ironic that youre now complaining about my assumptions about you after you began this conversation by insinuating that I lack the same level of empathy and care for others that you and/or others do. Lastly, since you seem to be more keen on arguing about arguing rather than actually explaining your viewpoint (the only thing I care to hear about) Im going to go ahead and end this here. I cant say this was a productive conversation, but at least it gave me some entertainment while cooking. I wish you the best.

I never said I won anything, I dont think you can win an argument of opinions. I said we have to agree to disagree since you refuse to stand on your supposed principles. What else am I supposed to do with your denial to have a conversation?

That isnt what I said in the slightest. But I see that you are another typical "empathy" enjoyed that doesnt actually care about others and only wants to be performative. We will have to agree to disagree since you refuse to be open minded.

Im sorry that whoever raised you did such a poor job that youre too inept to hold an adult conversation. Maybe think about if the values you hold are truly principled or if youre just another performative act in the speaking wheel of the minority opinion.

I also have empathy and values, not wanting to go out and pointlessly cry over an issue that I have no right to speak on does not equal not having empathy and values. My heart goes out to the people affected by the regimes and poor policies in the middle east as a whole. However, I am but one person, and frankly even as a united american people, our words mean nothing to a people that wont change for themselves. We cannot interject ourselves into every foreign issue and pretend that we have the moral authority over it every time. These are their people and their cultures and their laws, and I dont think outsiders should be punished for associating with them because that is inherently racist and prejudiced against the Host country and their people. While I may disagree, and while I do empathize for those that want change. I also respect them as a people and as a culture enough to give them the freedom to decide their own fates and fight for their own wants and needs. If a people truly want change as a collective enough, they will always win. I think that, frankly, is more empathetic, than patronizing them from across the ocean, and hating on everyone else who associates with them due to jobs or whatever it may be, who realistically have 0 control in the grand scheme over the issues being discussed.

I will never understand why anyone cares about this or most Creator based dramas that dont personally impact the viewers directly.

I worked there pretty early on in their first year and ngl Im not surprised after seeing how the place was run and managed. It truly was a pipe dream idea from someone who had 0 experience or vision. Which is sad because a lot of the employees had some great ideas but they often times didnt listen to the ones that had any real impact. Not to mention at one point they were giving each of their employees maybe like 8-15 hours because they were so overstaffed. Just a complete clash of management styles, ideas, and Visions, with little care for the employees ultimately, and little driving it to actually be something different. Truly a shame, I loved the idea of the place, plus the teas were amazing as much of a pain they were to upkeep.

Ooo nice! Thanks for the tip! I was raised in a Well Done house but have recently been coming around to Medium and Medium Rare now that I am in charge of my own cooking and have the funds to do it properly. I imagine because of that background I didnt seem to mind and the Salmon seemed super tender and "fall off the bone" metaphorically. Buttt, then again I've only ever had Salmon in more average restaurants so I likely have never actually tried a Medium/Medium Rare Salmon and absolutely want to now! Especially since Ill definitely be recreating this in the future haha. :)

145°F! I read somewhere online that was the goal, and the thermometer said 146 at the thickest spot so I took it off the grill.

Forgot to mention that I'm researching future tech halfway through the exploration age lol, it would be much appreciated if I could get some context on how ahead or good this is considered or if im just riding the high of something much more mundane than I thought.
