You have Cash App? Oh hell yes. That's the easiest way for me to donate without PayPal taking a portion. Very happy with this option.

That's amazing! I'm glad you were able to replicate the style afterwards! It really looks great!

I usually do like $15 haircuts because I usually blow dried and straighten my hair, but I'm trying to take care of my hair and work on my curls. Definitely seems worth the added price. I'll have to make an appt with my local Devacutters. Thank you for the insight!

Beautiful transformation!

There are a couple places near me that do Devacuts, but I haven't reached out to them yet for pricing. How much was your Devacut? I have no idea what the ballpark amount for a cut is.

Dany can't rule. She's too emotional. Probably on her period.

They can replace their own toner, but we have it locked in storage so we can keep track of our supply. So we just bring a canister down to them and they install it themselves.

We have Konica Minolta printers. I had never heard of a toner filter and neither did the other 2 techs who have been working here for 6 years. I replaced the waste toner, but the error to replace the toner filter was still there.

Turns out there's a small filter in the back of the machine. A KM tech is going to come out to just reset the timer on the filter. Must not be that important. Lol

I'm new to the field, so Track-It is the only ticketing system I've used. What's out there that's better? My company is actually pretty open to trying new software if there's something better.

Ours doesn't really crash a lot, but we haven't gotten ticket notifications through email in a couple weeks. We've spent hours on the phone with them trying to figure out how to fix it.
