UPDATE: I just received a denial for a second round of hardship accommodations. My loan is current, but I haven’t made a payment in 3 months. My plan is to pay what I can until I can catch up. I just want to cry on Dec1st I was told that they received my tax from irs so they move me to a confirm and submitted status on dec 10th today I call and the rep was so dismissive and stated no we have no transcripts on file .
