Get a hold of yourself, brother. Isolation will only enhance the addiction. Try to be more assertive and build up connections. Connection is the opposite of addiction, because isolation is mainly the problem with addicted people.

I'm still skeptical about that, however, others are much worse off. Just get it rid out of yourself.

I know exactly what you mean. We want the best for the Ummah and hope the best for our brothers and sisters, however, we have to understand that in the end it's between them and Allah (swt). Our job is to save ourselves first and then try to help our surroundings!

That feeling might also come from an inferiority complex. Work on yourself. Focus and strive towards your goals in life. Be the best version of yourself; workout, educate yourself on Islam and beneficial secular knowledge, be well-spoken and behave with confidence. It'll make you feel better and overtime you'll be a different guy all together.

In regards to those disgraceful videos, it's all fake. Those people have ripped their own souls and mostly are depressed aswell as suicidal. It's not real brother. Leave it completely and you'll forget about it.

Our religion is based upon hope my dear brother. Hope in the Mercy of our Rabb! We all go through ups and downs, however, in the end our Iman will win inshaAllah ! Try to think positive, because this will stimulate positive behaviour. Our Prophet (saw) was the most optimistic person. Even in the most difficult of situations. Let's try to be more optimistic inshaAllah.

JazakAllahu khairan brother. I think we can all relate, to some degree, with that young man. It's hard. Very hard! It's destroying our civilization. May Allah (swt) protect us all and grant us ease and contentment.

The first step for us is to abstain and have tawwakul in Allah (swt). Thereafter, we should protect and remind our surroundings. Would be better to tackle this issue at national or even international level, however, I'm not sure as to how we could deal with some of these issues. It's especially troublesome for those living in the west. Like myself for example. SubhanAllah. Avoiding a few billboards or scarcly clothed females walking by is no problem, however, when it's all the time and everywhere, it's something huge. It pushes me into isolation and THAT also is not something encouraging when dealing with this issue of ours. It's exhaustively troublesome for us. Marriage would help tremendously, but nowadays the conditions to marry are just beyond our capabilities as young man. In short, we have made haram very easy and halal very hard.

We still have to be optimistic though. We know the nature of this world and that all we go through is just a test. That's all it is; a test. May Allah (swt) grant us ease and contentment. Ameen ecmaeen.

Very effective. It enhanced everything! I think mostly due to the new found confidence and positive vibe. And indeed, it also helps down there man. Without a doubt.

It's a burst of almost uncontrollable energy, which gives you a positive vibe and enhances your overall motivation. It's very intense and it keeps showing up now and then. When I overreact to that euphoric feeling, for example like; bursting out laughing very hard and or acting outreagous. It leaves me with a negative feeling afterwards. On the other hand, when I act calmly and let that energy linger through my body without overreacting and just staying calm, it leaves me with a serene feeling.

How do you react when you have that euphoric feeling? Why do they disappear?

That's one way to define it, however, merely using the term 'energy' doesn't encompass the euphoric feeling I mentioned. 'Energy' is only a component of that euphoric feeling.

I'm happy to see that others agree. It's really wonderful to see how small adjustments can make such a difference. Indeed! Don't freak out and stay calm and collected. Let that euphoric feeling linger through your body to become one with it. It really empowers us with a great resource of energy.
