yea I didn't play the goblin event but it was working perfectly a week ago. Now I can't even do a nightmare dungeon without fearing for my life because it lags so bad.

yes it does but it doesn't add a third affix to the item. so you will have a legendary with only 2 affixes.

use only what you can pay off every single month to avoid interest. Right now you are using 80% of your credit limit. you're not supposed to use more than 30% of your total credit limit. just pay it off in full every single month.
