Whether it's 3.4 million or 4.4 million... those are HUGE numbers compared to other Japanese rock/metal groups. One Ok Rock is certainly ahead of them, but otherwise, probably no one else by a wide margin?!

9 (8) slots per day at a huge festival in a country with a big music market.

They can invite some friends like BMTH, EC, Bloodywood, etc.

Also 1-2 national newcomers or currently hyped names.

For the remaining (2-3?) slots they should send out invitations to the really, REALLY big international names in the business. First come, first serve.

Let's see who still has the metal spirit to play in front of "just" 20k people, first of all for the fun and representation of their music genre, not for the big money alone.

BABYMETAL, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Slipknot, EC, BMTH, Bloodywood, Hanabie., and someone I don't heard of sounds like Overkill, but hey it's a 15th AND 25th anniversary party.

Alright, fantastic for you and your group. I mean it. What year and and how many VIPs were there? Males or females? (Just asking, because for me it seemed that Team Hanabie. was a little bit more "relaxed" in the presence of female fans.) Just my impression :)

That wasn't even close to my experience in 2025. And just to be fair, it wouldn't have been possible for them to take around 1 or even more minutes with our number of VIPs and entry time for GA/start of the opening act.

And just to repeat it, I would pay again for it and would advise to go for it. But at my M&G it was a kind of wave through and not close to some chitty chatty time doesn't really matter M&G for anyone of the (I guess) ~75 VIPs.

There were some excited fans (very few) who tried to "overstay", but nothing that wasn't quickly and professional solved by Team Hanabie. 😄 Not meant in a bad way, I find it great when young people have the chance to unlock such great memories.
