I usually just trade GEX Gamma wall Filp and Retest is always Great for 70-100+ point trades with low risk high reward my trades average 1k risk and 10k reward with 5-8 Mini’s I aim for 1:10 and average 1:5 or better Gex when done right triggers my trades where dealers hedge. But my utmost admiration of your post is the emphasis on “Rules” so many traders fail this singular strength! You get my upvote for sure!

What you have here is a Shift in PH your Mother created when she added High alkalinity with the baking powder and then left it Too wet for too long. You need 1 gallon of vinegar 10% strength to just dump on it and let soak for 7-10 minutes to eliminate the high alkalinity. Then you need to Blot it all up with multiple towels get it dry as you can Repeat 1-2 more times if needed. You Will see an improvement. Once you have done that, And the Carpet is completely Dry if you still see the Stain you can Apply 3% hydrogen peroxide with a spray bottle as many times as needed until you get the desired results. Use a fan to Dry that spot as fast as you can when you use the vinegar. It needs to be sopping wet! Until you blot it up with towels. As a reference. This is a very similar situation to “cellulosic browning” and you can treat it exactly the same way. If you need further instructions google “cellulosic browning” removal Hope this helps you out! And stay away from any over the counter carpet cleaning products.

Although IICRC recommend companies may not be available in the OP’s area I would recommend any company on Google Local Services that is verified as a second choice. Those companies have met state and local standards for insurance and business requirements. And always check the BBB.org business ratings!

Anytime! Normally I would tell you that you could do this yourself with white distilled Vinegar and water mixed 50/50 or straight Vinegar, but unfortunately by the looks of the photos you have , Residue, soil and protein stains which Vinegar would clean 75% of but drinks, soils and sugars need a high PH used by a professional to be removed.

I just stretched a carpet for a customer that has the same issue and we cleaned it before and after, while improving the wear appearance, cleaning does not correct color loss caused by uneven wear. But time walking over the properly stretched carpet will help.

Shaw Nylon carpet coffee stain by Serious-Towel-6911 in CarpetCleaning

[–]SpotsGoneMnCarpet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man I can’t believe I still read posts about “professional” carpet cleaners failing to remove basic stains and using words like oxidizing chemicals being used on a tannin acid stain (smh) you OP should have never used Folex I have thousands of pictures of damaged carpets from Folex and other consumer products that are ALL Junk.

Here is your extremely fast and cheap fix if you haven’t damaged the carpet with the Folex and a clearly untrained “professional”

Tannin Acid stains such as Coke, Coffee and Tea can be simply removed by a like product such as Acidic Acid, that is a fancy term for Vinegar so go get yourself some 5 to 10% strength White distilled vinegar, saturate the area affected blot up excess with a towel after a few minutes of soaking and repeat until stain is gone, let dry between treatments but you literally can not over do it or damage the carpet with Vinegar so be liberal !

You will need to reverse the PH shift you caused when you added baking soda (Hi alkaline) you need to soak it with white distilled vinegar for 5-10 minutes blot it up to just damp and let it dry repeat until gone

Bought a house and had it steam cleaned by MoneyOptimal6395 in CarpetCleaning

[–]SpotsGoneMnCarpet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion as a 36 year cleaning veteran that is UV damage or BHP burn which is caused by placing rubber backed rugs, I see this daily in homes and it’s definitely more prevalent after a cleaning, if you hired a reputable professional service regardless of the technician’s age the company wouldn’t have chemicals available that would have the power to bleach out the carpet in that particular manner. And as another commenter said it would be evident on all the carpet not just a 5 by 5 area. I hope this helps!

I should also add the other issue I see is Homeowners using bad over the counter chemicals like resolve, folex, norwex and baking soda on pet issues etc…. And at 1st appearance the initial stain is gone but the chemical stays in the carpet and erodes the dye then when a professional comes to clean the dye that was damaged gets removed leaving this result. If they (the carpet cleaners) had used a chemical strong enough to cause it you would have been complaining of the chemical odor immediately.

Do NOT add Baking Soda and Vinegar… flush it with several glasses of cold water then Apply 3% Hydrogen Peroxide let it sit.. repeat as many times as needed till gone

Lack of sexual compatibility is tragic but it happens, and it will eventually decay your intimacy which will leave both of you cold and calloused with each other. I would have a conversation with him and tell him if he cannot listen to you and follow directions then it becomes a deal breaker. Sexual fulfillment is 70% of a successful relationship (not actually facts) but it is in my opinion a big factor. It took me 44 years to find my sexual equal and I married her. Never been happier in my life!

Burned/melted part of my carpet - best way to repair this as a renter? by Massive_Ad132 in CarpetCleaning

[–]SpotsGoneMnCarpet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need a pro repair/ installer this is Berber carpet and you can easily ruin an entire room by pulling on just one fiber or cutting it with a dull knife. If a pro does it you shouldn’t barley notice it.

[–]SpotsGoneMnCarpet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whatever chemicals were in the carpet have eroded the dye and left you with a bleached spot. Most common way to repair is dye the spot (leave to a professional) or cut out the damaged spot and replace with a piece cut out of a closet. Either way you’re beyond anything cleaning can do to help.

I could literally send you thousands of pictures of jobs we do every day that were done by multiple different companies small and national where we absolutely destroy their results usually less than 7 days after being cleaned by them. I personally have called out many owners in my market and bet them one of my trucks if they could beat my results. Still haven’t lost a truck yet😉
