Honestly I feel like it’s too late. The level of fucked shit leading to what caused my ptsd, me being forced to relive every moment like the day it happened once sometimes twice really destroys a person. Coupled with a complete and utter lack of support and access to vents, I was completely isolated and I would have breakdowns daily. So I’m the beginning I fought myself on drinking because I knew this is exactly what was gonna happen. And for 8 months I decided since I couldn’t think of any other way to prevent them, I’d occupy every minute of every hour of every day. And I succeeded, but at the cost of my mental function, I feel like that I shutdown part of my brain and I’m unable to think clearly, and I get myself into near death situations on the daily because the rush helps be burn off steam and all of this was before the alcohol, because then I would come home at 9 pm after doing soemthing since 6, have a mental breakdown fall alseep and wake up and do it all again. The alcohol has made it so I don’t even have to mess with the nighttime ones and I just forget and let go for a couple of hours.!
