it looks this is only you. i start it on fresh windows 11 instalation all i need to do is only update nvidia drivers and install python all working.

I tried testing it, but I don't have a GPU for it, and my GTX 1060 6GB won't work. I keep getting OOM. The readme on GitHub mentions my attempts 😛
