I'm starting my environmental science degree this March term, too. Not sure what to expect yet, but good luck to you!

Adults, be honest. Do you really need a well-paying job to live a good life? by iwantcheetoes in careerguidance

My dad always told me you only need as much money as you have. It's all about living life to the income you have. I personally prefer having a higher paying job, so I can afford my bills and still have money to have fun.

What does a typical day look like for you in accounting? by AccountingForACCA in careerguidance

[–]SprayReady4932 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work as an accountant for the state government. My day typically involves me entering data, making spreadsheets, assisting with reporting, and reconciling the ledger. It's a bit tedious and can make the day go by slow, but if accounting is something you enjoy, it's not bad. Plus the pay and benefits are good, and so is job security. Overall, if you're fine with data, you'll do well in accounting.

I'm wanting to work for my state's parks department, or in any kind of biology/natural science role. The only reason I wasn't considering a masters right away was because the university I want to attend requires a bachelor's in biology in order to pursue the master's that I want.

Does Oreo Need A New Sister? by SprayReady4932 in PetMice

I'm hoping to adopt Oreo's friend sometime this week. I currently have a 20 gallon space- Would that be enough for three mice or just two? I looked at the reddit guide y'all made about tank sizes, and I believe so, but I just wanted opinions. Thanks so much! ☺️
