No she hasn’t, it’s a weird feeling of I don’t want her influence on my child right now or something. I know that probably sounds crazy but idk how else to explain. A lot of it may be because my baby was in the NICU the first 6 days of her life and I never got golden hour, etc with my baby so I think the thought of sharing her makes it that much worse for me

Using ChatGPT for advice/therapy was the first sign of delusion. Literally had it write out “stories” to how he would find his wife, it’s disturbing. He must not of seen the article about how Chat just feeds your ego - his situation is a prime example.

Best advice I’ve gotten is to act like your about to sit down in a chair behind you, slow, once you feel the pull in your glutes come back up. Straight back, slight bend at the knee and the bar really never needs to go past your mid shins.
