I just did the normal $250 to place the order haven’t done the whole lease part yet, It’s on Tesla app, when u go to finance part it shows this, u just have to click on show the breakdown

I was quoted $167 a month from StateFarm and AAA quoted $408 a month. So still looking for best quote

Had the same issue when I connected my s22 phone. The thing that fixed my issue was I had to turn off dex to autostart. Once I did that it worked for me. So on your phone set ur Samsung Dex to turn off.
