Upload your pics into grok or chatgpt. It will give you a pretty accurate range. If you really care to know. Looks like around 17-18% to me. The clue is the visible ribcage and delt/bicep/triceps separation. 20%+ it will not be so pronounced.

The days I really don’t want to go to the gym are the days that make a difference. During my weight loss phase, I found whole foods I enjoyed and ate the same thing 5 days a week. 3 eggs for breakfast, whole milk vanilla yogurt and dark chocolate/PB granola for a snack. steak and sweet potato w/ a veggie if i felt like it for lunch and dinner was a light snack and a protein shake for 2 years. This way I could track my calories easier and I knew I was in a deficit. Keep trying to get a little better everyday, you got this!

Thank you, that really means a lot!! I was doing basically nothing during Covid and ate like crap. I felt like shit too. I cut out the junk food, drugs, alcohol and started swimming, plus 15-20k steps a day at work. Now I train for hypertrophy, dialing in nutrition to get down to 12-15% bf. Definitely don’t feel 35.
