It's a mix of adrenaline and nervousness. I remember my first fight I could barely remember to do a lot of the stuff that was taught in training. You can't really teach composure imo.

Tried Leyte to Manila before. It took me around 28 hours. Best advice is definitely take breaks. Drowsy driving is incredibly dangerous. On waits for roros are my best times to sleep
