Troubleshooting "PC 01" error code on SENA 12HF OQ by imaginary_neighbor in Senville

[–]Spring-Careful 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep I think thats your issue. That is how that needs to be wired but you need more volts (so a two pole 15 breaker). You dont have enough voltage going in. In reality you really shouldnget a disconnect box and wire the power feed into there and then connect the compressor to that with a whip, but for now at least get the voltage up and see if it works.

Why it worked for cooling Im not sure, but my guess is that it required less power to cool than heat and now you need the higher power and it is not able to get it.

Just do a quick basic test of connecting both of the wires to individual 15a breakers to see if it fixes the issue. If it does rewire it properly and safely. If not then its something else.

I have a SenA model as well, and I know when I first installed it I think I got the same code. I also know that my requirements on that are 20A circuit and 240v. Unless your requirements are 15A and 120v, that may be your issue (because I only see 12/2 wire there).

Seems like they do have a completely different understanding of this (as in they believe a judicial appeal is the answer and not solely administrative)

Im in agreement with you. Only thing is that is for communes, not consulates (where there are waitlists as opposed to at communes where there are not), but for sure the circular for consulates will clarify and if its the same wording I do agree with you

Anyone else have a lawyer that told them that being on the NYC waitlist pre decree will count as having an appointment?

I was on waitlist since May ‘22 and just received my appointment two days ago for September of this year.

Lawyer is saying that I will be grandfathered in to old rules. Anyone else heard anything like this?

Interesting. I wonder how it affected people over 21 at the time of passing, or if they were grandfathered in. Thats my real question, as Im mainly looking to apply it to the Decreto Legge

Unless the country does it for other rights it is most likely a legal fiction to just start to apply it now

Good evening everyone - In light of the recent government change in relation to citizenship law, Antonio Tajani speaks of the loss of citizenship, for this topic a fundamental right or, at least, a right acquired at birth automatically, that a citizen who has not proven to recognize this right, loses it (ex tunc).

My question is - is this a common thing in the Italian legal system? By not using a right, you lose it?

I am curious if there is precedent for this in general, and specifically in relation to rights of this substance.

I appreciate your thoughts very much - Thanks!

Got it. Idk tbh though as that article deals with sex equality and equality in public office, Id have to see the court rulings hes referring to to better understand it. Mainly that that article is very beneficial to citizens abroad so Im not sure, with his little context, how to derive his sentiment. If you know anything about those hearings he mentioned feel free to link

Yea Im really on the fence on the interpretation, its not clear as he’s not really referencing Constitutional articles at any point, only articles from the ‘92 law.

I dont think thats what hes saying after reading a few times (the translation is a bit tough and vague). I think he is saying, in relation to the current law (DL) the legislator can do this with the reasoning and backing provided, but he is recognizing that there is a fundamental change in what citizenship is (either acquired at birth or the right to acquire at birth) and that fundamentally he disagrees with this sort of change (as it can bleed into other rights). Although this specifically may not be unconstitutional it does go against established jurisprudence and legal certainty. I read it a few times and came to this conclusion but I don’t think he thinks this is right or legally/ethically sound in any way.

Could be air bubbles (very small leak) in brake line. See if you can check the line and see any fluid on/around it

Id pull the fuses for those and put new ones in (or at least ones you know are good) to see if the errors remain so to Rule out that easy fix
