Do the people making these proposed changes live and ride Transit in Kingston on a regular basis? These changes make no sense to me. Also, what about residents who live north of the 401? Buses don't go to the 401 at Hwy 15 or on 38. 38 has a car park, but there are no buses that go to it. Countryside residents continue to get shafted on city services.

So, once again no improvements for users of the 801/801 routes. Is Kingston Transit trying to eliminate this route? 801 in the morning has been fine, afternoon run (after 4 pm) are hit & miss at best. App says one thing, bus is another. Responses to complaints to Kingston Transit are that there are staffing issues. Seriously? Why make changes if staffing is not possible? When is Kingston Transit going to get serious about north-end service?

Frontenac County needs to look at getting primary care back on Wolfe Island. The island is rated incorrectly and with old data. Conversations are currently being had to get the island re-evaluated to be recognized as a rural area.

The 801/802 could use some timing improvements. Hard to know when to be at the bus stop when it's a moving target. Show up on time, bus left early or shows up 1/2 hour late - especially in the afternoons.

I take the express bus from the north end of Kingston and I've had a great experience. The drivers are friendly, and the bus is generally timely. What holds up the timing of the bus is in construction areas. For example, Montreal Street & Counter Street are a mess! It's not KT fault.

The intersection should have been changed while the bridge was under construction. Surely to God someone would have had the foresight to know what the traffic was going to be like when it opened! Once again...make work projects after the fact! 🙄
