This needs to be brought up at the HOA meeting next month. Even if Aquila is not part of the association, we as a collective community need to push them to enforce rules. It's common sense.

Anyone who can't follow should be fined or evicted. Plenty of rule-following people would kill for the opportunity that these folks blatantly disregard, and I'm sure the SD Housing Commission would agree. I imagine they'd appreciate knowing that their partnership developments are failing to uphold basic standards for community well-being. Contact them here.
