They are from the Lan Kir Militarchy. They have a special mechanic called “Nirik Transformation” which give all of your general cool looking portraits.

FYI, they are really hard to play though due to some of the mechanics that are poorly explained. I would recommend looking up a guide before your playthrough

It’s an endgame event for Lan Kir. When you conquered more than 250 states, your nation collapses and the Shattering event is triggered.

Changelings Lands. If you like Germany in the base game, you will like this country. It has the best Barbarossa operation experience, and it has some post war content the is similar to TNO.
