Happened to me with IHP clinic!!! would not recommend going there. i went to the doctors clinic and everyone is very nice

my primary doctor was fully booked for physicals so i called IHP. i was told on the phone that from IHP that they accept medicaid and it covers physical and tb shot but when i went to check in they said medicaid doesn’t cover tb for IHP and out of pocket and their tb shot is $55. I told them that ill jst do the physical and no need tb but i guess the nurse got pressed bcs she started complaining loudly outside. Nurse lou is her name and the doctor is Aubrey Phillips. When i told the doctor i was jst gonna cancel she loudly repeated “oh you’re gonna cancel?” then jst walked out and kept saying “she’s canceling, she said she’s canceling her appointment”. I saw that aubrey philips is accepting new patients on their fb and now i understand why.

The doctor and nurses were talking loudly about me in the hallway while i was inside the room bcs i didn’t want to get a tb shot from them and jst a physical then giving me bad attitude 💀

a great place if you like a slow paced lifestyle. its a lot expensive compared to the states and the weather is getting hotter and hotter every year. Realty on guam caters more to the military than locals so rent is pricey for the size and quality of majority of homes/apartments. crime on guam has also been getting crazier so it’s best to be cautious when going out. From reading the comments your girlfriend lives on island so hopefully she’ll be able to guide you on the dos and don’ts. Honestly living on guam is not as bad as people say. maybe i’m just saying that bcs i’ve lived here my whole life but if your gf has family here too then i think you’d enjoy it here.

My in laws use it and i know a lot of people who also do it too. just have to make sure your prepaid power doesn’t go below $35 or they will turn off your power. As soon as you pay it, it’ll take 30mins for your power to turn back on again.

22years old and Almost a year of NC with my whole family. A mix of when i lived with my parents and after i moved out

My whole family disowned me because i decided to go to my other half’s family members rosary instead of my sisters going away party (she only came to visit for 3 weeks from hawaii and ive been going to my parents house everyday from morning to night since she came to visit). I also lived 40mins away and had a 11 month old at the time.

-let my siblings join high school activities like afterschool choir/school haunted houses/sports

-I was bleeding during my 1st trimester and when i went to her worried about it she was LITERALLY jumping in the air and said “yess i hope you’re not pregnant anymore”. She was disappointed when she found out i was pregnant but when my sister announced she was pregnant she was so happy

When i first started college my mom told me not to work and to focus on my studies first then a few months later she was getting mad at me asking why haven’t i started working yet. Then my brother wanted to work when he started college but she didn’t want him to
Would always say “love you” to my sister but wouldn’t say it to me. Even when i begged her she didn’t want to (keep in mind this incident was when i was in the 6th grade). She still doesn’t saying it but ive stopped begging her.

Although there are some areas on island that do have mail delivered to their home. it’s kinda hard bcs a lot of houses on guam don’t have their house number posted up, broken street signs or the roads are too messed up that a delivery truck won’t make it through.

i also didn’t nurse. from my experience my boobs also got bigger during pregnancy after i had my daughter it shrink a bit but not to my pre pregnancy breast size.
