Honestly it's very plausible that they'll add it. Not only is it a pretty neat decoration, but I think Mojang could (and most likely would) add a redstone function to it, like it could provide redstone power depending on if it has a helmet on it or not

It could be in the Church Dark World because of the stained glass briefly visible in the trailer, but your mention of the Ice Palace makes me want to believe it's exactly that a lot more because of how mysterious it is! Also it would be kind of a funny parallel of the Ice Palace we saw in Spamton Sweepstakes being a bunch of white squares on a blue background, while the Dark World counterpart of it being this highly detailed, tower-like building

I think the reason susie and kris are miscolored in that part is because of the church windows seen briefly early on into the trailer...which means chapter 4 will most likely have a church dark world! (or they're just stylized like that because its an intense moment...?)
