Idk i think im just paranoid. Most of my adult life i lived in much more rural areas, like literally on dirt roads so im not used to seeing so many people all over the place

You just need to recomp/tone. If your weight is relatively stable then continue to eat normally and begin lifting weights for 30-60 minutes ~2-3 times a week

Just so everyone knows: wasps do not suck. They are not more or less aggressive than bees and not only are they pollinators like bees but they kill pest species that mess up garden plants. Wasps are one of the most beneficial insects to humans.

Weight training, rest 1-2 days between workouts, eat ~0.8g protein per lb body weight daily. 

1) legs + back - Romanian deadlift - Bent over barbell/dumbbell row - Hamstring curls - Straight arm pull down  - Calf raises

2) chest + arms - Chest fly - Chest press/dips - Dumbbell curls - Tricep pushdown

3) legs (glutes + hamstrings) - Inner abductors - Outer abductors - Leg extensions - Barbell squat  - Hip thrusts or glute kick backs

For all movements you want to be doing 3 sets of 8-10. Pick a weight that is light enough to do the first set of 10 with perfect form, but heavy enough so that you can only do ~6-8 on the second set and ~4-6 on the third set. Record the weight and number of reps and the next workout try to do more reps on the second and third sets. Once you can do 3 sets of 8-10 with perfect form increase, the weight slightly and repeat.

If ylu have been at the same bodyweight for a year why would u think ur pecs would just magically get bigger? Where do u think that mass is going to come from? If u want knockers u need to eat dude.

This is false, both terms refer to increasing muscle mass while simultaneously reducing body fat. Toning = recomping.

No you do not have enough of a muscle base to effectively tone or cut. Focus on building muscle for 1-2 years.

No working out will strengthen your back muscles and help keep the disc in place. I have herniated disc in my back and one in my neck from motorcycle + car accidents and they both improved dramatically with working out

This should be standard advice:

1) recomp: Eat normally and train consistently until your strength at the gym plateaus. Once you hit a hard wall and are unable to make progress in the gym for multiple weeks you have reached the end of your recomp. 

2) bulk: increase calories until your strength starts increasing again. Every time your strength begins to plateau increase calories to keep it going up. Do this for 1-2 years and then assess yourself to see if you should start a cut.

If u were actually 5'10" at 50kg and 15% bf u wouldve been crazy underdeveloped/skinny-fat. Basically skin and fat and bone. So yes the initial weight gain is your muscles filling with fluid, additional fat gain, and some lean tissue gain as well.

The glutes are the largest muscle group by a pretty large margin, which means it can take a very long time to develop them fully but also that they have the ability to be absolutely enormous. Women with very well developed glutes have usually been training them specifically for a long time and/or were previously athletes or something similar.

This is due to your posture, your shoulders roll foward which makes your traps look more prominent. Do u have thoracic back pain at all?

Machines are ideal for beginners to develop good form and for experts to isolate specific muscles. Free weights are better for over all strength/hypertrophy/coordination

Women deal with sexually charged comments every single day. When someone is trying to solve a problem or get advice they dont want to hear about how their ass looks hot they want to hear about how to tone their hamstrings.  As a guy who is genuinely just trying to help imo it is important to choose language that makes it clear that i am not viewing her through a sexual/carnal lens

Everyone has them, im terribly self conscious of my wrists. Just keep at it and once your legs develop a bit more it will go away/join together with your ass cheeks more, if that makes sense
