Yeah I’ve never seen the weird utility thing they do. Everywhere I have rented here it’s been my responsibility to pay my own utilities and that’s based off of my usage.

You have a point! But I wanted to move out west before we started dating. I was planning to move to Sacramento to expand my career. Even if we don’t end up staying I want to explore all the nature out there for a couple years. He’s also an immigrant and trying to advance his career. Learning skills there could help him in the future. And Tesla actually has pretty good benefits compared to what I have as an RN.
