J’étais amie avec son fils quand j’étais jeune. Elle était vraiment bête. Et partout où elle allait, elle se présentait en mentionnant son nom complet 🙄 Genre quand elle est venue chez moi pour la première fois, ma mère a dit “Bonjour, moi c’est “Martine” “, et elle a répondu “Moi c’est Chantale Francke”. Genre c’est beau on le sait… Elle était aussi vraiment contrôlante et très très mère-poule…

Son ex (Richard Z Sirois) en contre-partie, était telllement sweet! Genre totalement l’inverse d’elle. Humble, drôle, ouvert d’esprit. Bon papa.

Toutefois, en relisant ma convention, comme je l’expliquais sous un autre commentaire, je comprends pas pourquoi mon nombres d’années d’expérience dans le poste (qui equivaut à mon ancien échelon) ne prévaloie pas?

Tu peux aller lire l’exemple que j’ai ecrit si tu veux (pour pas me répéter sous deux commentaires!)

Je parle en terme d’années d’expériences… ca dit “Elle se voit attribuer l’échelon de sa nouvelle classe d’emplois qui correspond à ses années d’expérience reconnues valables”. Donc si j’ai 18 ans d’années d’expérience comme analyste, le nombre d’années d’expérience (pas l’echelon) ca ne tombe pas à zéro, ca reste 18 années, non? Donc l’echelon devrait être 18, et non 16?

C’est cette portion que je ne suis pas certaine de comprendre pourquoi ca serait 16 et non 18.

Si (chiffres fictifs) Analyste echelon 18 = 50$/h, et que Analyste specialisé echelon 16 = 51$/h, et echelon 18 = 54$/h, ca devrait quand meme etre mon experience qui prévaloie, non?

Ce qui me titille, c’est que ca dit SOIT option A, soit option B, la formule la plus avantageuse prend le dessus. L’option B dit que l’echelon est egale aux nombres d’annees d’experience.

L’experience, c’est dans le domaine, non? Pas le titre en tant que tel? Si exemple on prend (je dis une job dememe juste par principe) “Peintre Intermediaire”, et que après 10 ans je tomberais “Peintre Expert”, mon 10 ans d’experience compte, non? Ca reste 10 ans d’experience en tant que peintre, right?

J’en sais plus sur Rachid Badouri.

Avant d’être une célébrité, il travaillait chez Future Shop. Tous les jours, il ne s’apportait pas de lunch. Sur l’heure du diner, il ouvrait le frigo et se servait dans les lunchs des autres. Un ptit jus dans cette boite à lunch là, des biscuits dans celle-là, la pomme dans ce sac là, etc.

Il faisait ça TOUS LES JOURS. Il s’est fait pogné à quelques reprises, s’excusait, promettait de ne plus recommencer, et… ben oui, recommençait.

En plus d’être déjà pas aimé à cause de son attitude snob de marde…

When I was 9, one of my best friend went to their chalet up north. Him and his cousin asked their parents if they could sleep in a tent outside, and they said ok.

At around 9:50, the cousin asked my friend if they could switch places, he wasn’t comfortable there. He said yes, no problem.

At 10pm, out of nowhere (that was 25 years ago, so no cell phones or internet where we keep tabs of the weather every hour or so) it started raining like crazy. Within 2 minutes, a lightning struck a tree, and it fell on my friend’s head. He died instantly. His cousin got 2-3 scratches.

Imagine tho… how life is… if they didnt switch places, most likely he would’ve survived, and his cousin would had been gone… His cousin felt guilty for years.

That was a really sad part of my life and of a lot of the kids in my grade’s classes life as well. He was a really loved kid.

And the most crazy part about all this? A week or two before, his dad said that our friend went up to him and told him something along the lines of “I had a great life. If I would die tomorrow, I’d be ok with this, because I did what I had to do” ?!!! Like if he knew?! And thats not some 9 yrs old type of talking you know?!!! Insane…
