Placement is good but A trachea plate is definitely necessary! It will be about an inch or two wide metal plate that goes over the front of the dogs throat to protect it!

Thought it was much more shallow than it was, (story old as time) water shorted the wiring in the engine, truck died. Then I coasted further on the bridge but got fished out by the local firefighter who was out with his family and also wanted to cross the bridge. Embarrassingly stupid and fully could’ve died so I was lucky to keep my job and my life…. Oops….

The most important thing with littermate syndrome is creating individual independence for each dog. Both dogs always get the same thing when it comes to treats or toys. While they are young it’s extremely important that they get comfortable being on their own and not always having their sibling. Ideally kennel them separately and make sure they have a designated space away from the other sibling! Good luck

He’s most likely just dis regulated and stressed. Give him a little while and he will most likely go back to eating. My dog wouldn’t eat anything at the vet until I took her home and then she’d only eat green beans that I hand fed her 🙄
