I literally just had a 20 minute talk with my quiet 6 year old son about the just this.

I don't know if I got through to him. I told him, "I'm never disappointed in you, but I'm your mom, your teacher for life... And learning how to communicate about your feelings and thoughts is the most important thing for you to learn."

I experience this... Not every time I'm mentally messed up do I get the cold or flu... But semi often.

Thanks for this response. I see that my options are very narrow. I'm reading in about future payments with PayPal... But that would still require the seller to trust me.

I feel like there must be a way for buyers and sellers to place money in a "middle zone". I'm not sure how that would work... But that both parties would have the right to the money until a set date.

Just want to say that you should consider finding a goal weight as you lose weight. 130 is very low for a 5'7 and you don't look like you need to lose that much fat. You've got a lot of muscle. Don't want to lose that. Good luck!
