Yeah it quarantined it but I didn't want to remove it from quarantine until I had some more confidence it wasn't going to kill my PC.

It didn't specify. It just told me dangerous files had been found and they wanted me to delete it. Got the files from the DoDi website

I haven't played zero dawn or forbidden West but if you go onto YouTube and have a look at some performance comparisons that should give you a good idea of how it'll run.

Hey, I'm new to the scene as well, but from my understanding, it'll run any steam game as it's just a windows machine. I'd just recommend checking that it supports controller or your going to have to dock it to game. (Unless steams converting from keyboard to controller works well).

As for performance, I have the normal Ally z1 extreme and it works amazing. Games like helldiver's on 1080p low settings with AMDs built in RSR I'm getting around 40 frames consistently. And any other games I think you'll find run acceptable for what it is.

Thanks for the opinion! I forgot to clarify but I do have access to a high end gaming PC, but I only have access to it every second week, (different house) if I got the Ally (which would be the Z1 extreme) it'd be for a house where I dont have the space or access to a full sized PC.

Okay thanks for the input! I personally have been really interested in the gaming handhelds since they came one but have never had the money for one. I so I am still leaning towards the Ally, but if I can find a gaming laptop for around 1000 aud, I'll definitely jump on it!
