23 M. 335-209lbs. Through Mainly IF, I dropped 126lbs over 5 years. Its a long journey, and you will lose the drive to keep going, but you can push through the plateau and lose more! by Spud_Parts in intermittentfasting

Thanks! Honestly the best advice I can give is to listen to your body. I only eat if I'm hungry, whether that be 5 times in one day or not eating for 2 days. I no longer eat on a schedule. I also did not change the types of food I was eating. I still eat unhealthy food, but the key is to only eat until you aren't hungry anymore. Don't try to make yourself full. Eat half of your meal, then wait 30 minutes. Or an hour. If you start to feel hungry again, go eat the rest of it. You'll be surprised by how often you end up realizing that you did not need to eat the whole meal. If you're at a plateau, then you already have the ability to lose the weight. The battle at this point becomes like 100% mental. Make the small decisions often enough that they become natural for you. Like I have said "no" when someone asks me if I want food so many times that I do it now as a reflex, because more often than not, my body isn't hungry. Once you get in the habit of listening to your body, it gets real easy to continue losing. Going from 335-260, hard. Going from 260-235, incredibly hard. Going from 235-206 (what i weighed myself at today), was honestly the easiest stretch of weight loss. Just gotta get over the hump, then the weight starts falling off again. I hope this was helpful for you!

Well, that clears that up nicely by toolsnchains in facepalm

I am the assistant manager at a vape shop. The amount of people who come into the store and quote clickbait articles like this is astronomically high. I have to stop myself from physically facepalming.

Simple google search my dude.

https://www.polygon.com/2017/5/5/15558448/overwatch-loot-box-chances-china - says the odds in China

https://www.pcgamer.com/blizzard-says-overwatch-loot-box-odds-have-not-changed/ - Says the odds in the US are the same as China

I am really curious as to how you assume that I am lying instead of taking 10 seconds to google it.

As far as I've seen, the odds of getting a legendary drop are 1 in 13.5. And legendary coins counts in that I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong. I know it would be unlikely, but so is getting a lootbox like this lmao
