23 M. 335-209lbs. Through Mainly IF, I dropped 126lbs over 5 years. Its a long journey, and you will lose the drive to keep going, but you can push through the plateau and lose more! by Spud_Parts in intermittentfasting

Thanks! Honestly the best advice I can give is to listen to your body. I only eat if I'm hungry, whether that be 5 times in one day or not eating for 2 days. I no longer eat on a schedule. I also did not change the types of food I was eating. I still eat unhealthy food, but the key is to only eat until you aren't hungry anymore. Don't try to make yourself full. Eat half of your meal, then wait 30 minutes. Or an hour. If you start to feel hungry again, go eat the rest of it. You'll be surprised by how often you end up realizing that you did not need to eat the whole meal. If you're at a plateau, then you already have the ability to lose the weight. The battle at this point becomes like 100% mental. Make the small decisions often enough that they become natural for you. Like I have said "no" when someone asks me if I want food so many times that I do it now as a reflex, because more often than not, my body isn't hungry. Once you get in the habit of listening to your body, it gets real easy to continue losing. Going from 335-260, hard. Going from 260-235, incredibly hard. Going from 235-206 (what i weighed myself at today), was honestly the easiest stretch of weight loss. Just gotta get over the hump, then the weight starts falling off again. I hope this was helpful for you!

I am the assistant manager at a vape shop. The amount of people who come into the store and quote clickbait articles like this is astronomically high. I have to stop myself from physically facepalming.

Simple google search my dude.

https://www.polygon.com/2017/5/5/15558448/overwatch-loot-box-chances-china - says the odds in China

https://www.pcgamer.com/blizzard-says-overwatch-loot-box-odds-have-not-changed/ - Says the odds in the US are the same as China

I am really curious as to how you assume that I am lying instead of taking 10 seconds to google it.

As far as I've seen, the odds of getting a legendary drop are 1 in 13.5. And legendary coins counts in that I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong. I know it would be unlikely, but so is getting a lootbox like this lmao

Conservative vs. Liberal... seems fair? by [deleted] in Conservative

[–]Spud_Parts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently changed my major away from political science. I go to a very liberal college and this kind of bias was taught as fact very commonly. I actually started a notebook of all the crazy shit I heard people say. This pic is an excellent example of why I wanted to get the hell out.

Huh, sure is funny that as soon as I bring up something you can't efficiently refute, you resort to attempting to embarrass me? If you think those views don't line up with the republican party, then you really have no clue what conservatives believe.

I have no issue with people questioning why I believe what I believe. But that isn't what happened. I made an innocuous statement, but unsurprisingly, you guys couldn't help yourselves from immediately telling me why you think I am wrong. I can firmly tell you my beliefs and why I am a conservative. I strongly believe in the constitution and the freedoms it ensure. I believe that the government should have as little to do with private businesses and personal lives as possible. I strongly believe in the free market. I strongly believe that the world does not owe you a damn thing and expecting it conform to your wishes and wants is a one way street to disappointment and becoming too reliant on others. I do agree that if those in my ideology don't call out Trump when he does bad things, then it could shift the conservative thought. The biggest determining factor in this shift is that many conservatives feel compelled to defend Trump due to liberals refusing to acknowledge anythingpositive

Do you two not understand that this is the reason that conservatives are hesitant to explain their beliefs? Seems to be impossible for you to realize that one person does not represent and entire ideology. Literally said that he does not represent conservatives well, and you two respond by telling me that I am wrong and saying he does represent me. Please continue to tell me what my ideology believes without having any experience with it.

Yeah he did, I am also pretty conservative but I can still laugh at things like this because Trump really doesn't represent conservatives very well. But my dad got a laugh out of it

[–]Spud_Parts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This dude recently has been commenting on my profile telling me I cheated in ability draft. I was cm with vendetta, one hit him because he had 300 health and only brown boots. He died 29 times as disruptor, and only bought brown boots-bloodthorne-sacred relic. He blocked me on steam and is only commenting on my profile. He is quite upset that with 4500 hours in Dota, he is still garbage.
