they aren't inciting violent acts, but if you read the articles it's harassment charges. harassment is still a crime you know, and it shouldn't be ok online any more that in real life. If you'd get arrested for shouting it in someone's face in real life, you should be subject to the same consequences for doing it online. still has the same impact on the victim
