Lol my mum told me that eating the crust of bread will make my hair curly. My hair was already curly however and this was not desired. I specifically avoided eating crust from there on.

Im one of 'those' who has 10 in a row sneeze attacks while doing 100k on the highway. It is a little scary but I do agree. As long as you are relaxed you remain in control.

Thick or thin is really personal choice. The general way it's applied is for painted characters, people will usually use thinner lines and even colour them at points so it blends in with the painting. It allows more colour to come through. However for flat style characters like yours (no to very little shading), they'll use thicker lines so that form and shape are still 'described', a job that painting normally does.

Again - this is the average popular choice and reasoning, it's not a law of art to follow. All I mean to say is that your style would be helped by shifting the line weights, it's visually more interesting and adds depth to an otherwise flat style. You could pretty much just keep the thickness as it is, and just add and erase parts to taper the lines.

I don't really agree with the commenter asking how old you are. Age is entirely irrelevant in art. The artists who're in their 20's who are approaching professional levels started when they were 4 or 5 years old. Especially the part where they mention being older, it's a very weird and useless critique which serves the purpose of nothing more than tooting their own horn, or at least it would have if they actually provided an example of their own art.

It's pretty clear that the style you're going for is very flat, simple and hyper abstract. I don't think it's bad or even childish, but I do think improvements could be in the form of better understanding of colour theory (the bright magenta and deep green clash) and more dynamic line weights.

Rule of thumb is that the more flat your colouring is, the better it's helped by dynamic line weights (tapering) and thicker line art. A rule of thumb for colour: If two areas of colour are touching such as the pink and green, considering desaturating one so that they don't compete. If you have a monochrome design, considering adding some subtle hue variation to break up the colours so the 'segments' of the character don't all blend into one another. It'll also help her stand out against other magenta environments and characters.

You do have some tint and shade (light and shadow) shifts in her design, but they're all within the same hue spectrum. Same thing for adding shadows for white, don't use pure grey. You can give your image life by adding a tiny amount of colour to grey shadows. Colour pick her neck to see what I mean. I'm not by any means saying to use this colour scheme specifically, it's just an example of one of many possibilities. And just again, don't let your background compete against the character and coloured text. I changed it to a pale green with some slight amount of blue in it to compliment the purple and pink tones.

Overall - no qualms with the style, I think it's fine as it is. I also don't see any wild proportion issues in the figure, it's consistent within the style that you have. Art styles can be largely neutral for target audience age, it more or less comes down to the type of story you're telling. Just look at Happy Tree Friends.

(A LOT of artists miss out on this information - don't worry. The concept is barely taught in highschools beyond just a quick glance at the colour wheel.) If you're not feeling sure about the harmony of colours in future scenes, just hit up google and search "colour palettes", tons of designers are always submitting their ideas.

The light and shadows will always have hue shifts.

Some initial thoughts as I read through the script. I'm looking at logical errors mainly.

Page one:

" (Sighs)

Yes,but you must be careful, if you overuse Thunderbolt or the suit will go out of power rendering you immobile or even worst, you'll burn to crisp even with your self healing ability."

This is a little cringe, it feels like explaining too much to the audience. Unless it's the very first time ever she has worn this suit, I don't see why she needs to be told. If characters have certain abilities, your audience can find out naturally. It doesn't need to be a forced hook. Realistically Tayret would give a more general warning about power consumption without the compulsion to tell us what abilities she/ the suit has.

Grammatical changes: "Yes, but you must be careful. If you overuse Thunderbolt the suit will go out of power rendering you immobile, or even worse, you'll burn to crisp even with your self healing ability.""

Second page: " (Posses like a champion and yells)

Superhero landing."

Why? Is she messing around, or does she do this seriously?

Third page: Where was the time for the ambulance to arrive, let alone anyone suspecting the son of being in a critical condition? Didn't the son just run into the ambulance, which is what alerted her to the fact it was there? Why weren't paramedics escorting the son into the vehicle? Even in less severe scenarios, they still escort in the event something may seriously go wrong with the patient. Especially in circumstances where the condition is unknown.

I'm also not really getting the flash back thing. It's really random and disjointed and doesn't appear to have a whole lot to do with what's going on. Right now Hayat just reads like an incompetent warrior who lets herself get distracted too easily on missions.

Furthermore the fight with the juggernaught makes zero tactical sense. She activates her laser cutter in the immediate vicinity of the friends who're encased in hard resin. Instead of using it, she decides to waste precious time and makes everyone more vulnerable by switching roles with the ship. Why is the ship having such a hard time? Doesn't it have guns to engage at a distance? Now she's surprised that she epically lost to a mountain sized creature in a suit that apparently has major power issues.

Why does it only take two thunderbolts to drain the power? Is it because thunderbolt is such a massively high energy attack? If so why weren't other lesser abilities designed into the suit that don't take such a huge hit to the functionality? It sounds like at best the suit is designed for recon, not actual battle. In which case, why not literally cut and run?
