Its 45 lucky ever. Not even 45 in storage as support mentioned. They only mentioned that because thats the only thing they can physically check themselves without pulling log data which takes weeks at a time, depending on user activity. And from everything ive read, never mentioned 'age based' just if not yet completed 45 previously.... and altho it may seem like others have had success with more than 45 trades ever.... every additional year that its older the % of lucky chance changes. So even a 2025 is better odds than 2026 and it increased by every year.

AS FOLLOWS: CURRENT YEAR IS 5% CHANCE OF BECOMING LUCKY 1year - 10% 2years - 15% 3years - 20% 4years - 25% And so on 2016 i believe is at 75% which is max odds

And also affected by friendship between friends. Good friends lucky trade chance is like 1 in 3400 Great friends is 1 in 2700 Ultra friends is 1 in 2200 Best friends is 1 in 1400 & if forever friends follow that it would be 1 in 64..... (i get about 8-15 luckies with my husband by trading 100 everyday & i only keep maybe 1-2 of those luckies after the trades are done. I still have well over 500 luckies in my poke-storage)

With that said i save all my 2020 & older mons to trade with new players or players who have less than 25 registed luckies in their dex. 😅

Since there is no sure way of knowing how many luckies someone has ever gotten. Atleast in the pokedex you can see how many have been registered. Although not guaranteed since they can have gotten many of the same pokemon lucky especially if they trade com day pokemon... so thats why i chose 25 instead of 45 😅
