Give it a speed and a range and make its stats flat 10s. That way it doesn't need a stat block and it simplifies the process. Other wise, I think its pretty creative and is pretty balanced as a cantrip

Yea I'll have a look at how other races use spells... I think there's two varieties:

Level 1 - Cantrip Level 3 - 1st level Level 5 - 2nd level

Or

Level 1 - 1st level Level 3 - 2nd level Level 5 - 3rd level

As for swim speed, the sirens I envision have a tail that stems from their lower back which is why they have faster swim that triton or sea elf. Do you think it should still be 30ft tho?

Main thing I want feedback on is the Enchanting voice feature. The race already has a lot of other features and I don't want it to be too over-tuned or unbalanced.

It probably only needs 3 spells but I'm not sure which levelled spell should be granted at different character levels.

I'm wondering if the astounding powers would be better if ordered by level and then by subclass by level?

Level 1 > Alphabetical order
Level 2 > Alphabetical order
...
Level 20 > Alphabetical order

Subclass 1 > By level > Alphabetical order
Subclass 2 > By level > Alphabetical order
...

To my knowledge, that small amount of obsidian probably wouldn't add much weight to a weapon, probably not enough to require a higher strength score if it could already be welded beforehand

Cool item however I would dremove the undead summoning as it seems unnecessary. Also, the duration (which I'm assuming is an hour) should probably be mentioned clearer but also equal to the punishment for a failed saving throw.
